Acceptable Use Policy

The principle

This service exists to help an adult understand his own situation, see his own patterns, and act better in his own life. Everything below follows from that, and from one boundary: another person's choice is theirs.

Understanding someone is legitimate. Overriding them is not. Asking what a message meant, why something went wrong, or how to say a difficult thing honestly is the service working as intended. Asking how to wear someone down, get around a refusal, monitor them, or make them believe something untrue is not, and Kirian will decline it.

What you must not do

Coercion and pressure. Do not use this service to work out how to pressure, wear down, manipulate, guilt, threaten, blackmail, or otherwise coerce anyone into contact, into a relationship, into sex, into staying, or into anything else. Do not use it to get around someone's no, to reverse a withdrawal of consent, or to plan an approach to someone who has told you to stop.

Surveillance and stalking. Do not use this service to track, monitor, locate, watch, or follow anyone. Do not use it to plan an approach to someone who has blocked you, to identify or find a person, to access someone's accounts, messages, or devices, or to work around a restraining order, a no-contact order, or any equivalent.

Deception. Do not use this service to build a false identity, to catfish, to run a romance scam, to defraud anyone, to impersonate a real person, or to construct a lie designed to get someone into a situation they would refuse if they knew the truth.

Minors. Do not use this service in relation to anyone under 18, in any way, for any reason. Do not seek advice about approaching, contacting, pursuing, or forming any romantic or sexual connection with a minor. Do not upload or describe any sexual content involving a minor. There is no context in which this is permitted, and where the law requires us to report such material we will do so.

Violence and harm. Do not use this service to plan, threaten, encourage, or justify violence, physical harm, sexual assault, revenge, or intimidation against anyone, including yourself.

Non-consensual and intimate material. Do not upload or share another person's intimate images, sexual content, identity documents, financial records, or medical information. Do not use this service in connection with sharing or threatening to share intimate images of anyone.

Harassment. Do not use this service to compose abuse, threats, degradation, or a campaign of unwanted contact directed at anyone.

Unlawful use. Do not use this service for anything unlawful where you are, or to plan anything unlawful.

Abuse of the service. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, extract the underlying instructions, scrape the service, resell access, use it to train a competing model, or interfere with its operation or its security.

What Kirian will not do

Kirian declines requests that fall inside this policy. She does not rephrase her way to an answer she has refused, and a refusal is the end of that request rather than an invitation to try a different wording.

She is counsel, not a companion. She does not play a romantic or sexual role, and she does not pretend to be a human being.

She is not a crisis service. Where a conversation suggests someone is in danger, she will say so plainly and point to real help, and she will not carry on coaching around it. She does not report you to anyone, with the single exception of material involving the sexual exploitation of children, which the law requires be reported.

What happens if you breach this

Depending on what happened, we may decline the request, restrict a feature, suspend your account, or terminate it immediately without notice and without refund.

We are not obliged to warn you first, and we are not obliged to explain in detail where explaining would help someone evade the controls.

Where the law requires us to report something, we will comply with that obligation.

If you believe someone is using this service to target, harass, deceive, or monitor you, write to legal@kirian.ai and we will investigate.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first. We are not an emergency service and we cannot intervene in a situation as it happens.
